I am a 46-yr old guy and are on hypertension medication (Renitec 10-mg a day) as well as on Propecia. I can get erections, but have problems maintaining it long enough for intercourse. Usually, the erection subsides after about 10 - 15 minutes of fucking. I have tried Viagra at different doses, and find that it is extremely effective in maintaining erections for as long as I want. But I have a problem with headaches the following day. I started off with 25 mg, and have reduced it down to 12.5 mg (roughly - I split the 100 mg pill to 8) and find that with this reduced dose, I can still have a rock hard erection as well as a greatly reduced headache. My experience tells me that Viagra is actually a very potent drug and it may not be necessary to take more than 12 mg for some candidates with similar case history as mine. Viagra is certainly the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I can make love 3 x a week, and keep both wife & girlfriend happy. By the way, I am 5' 10" and weight 170 lb. I took the first one just before dinner Friday night at 7:30 and after dinner played with my wife. by 8:15 I had a raging hard-on easier then I've ever experienced in the last 10 years. The sensitivity was greater and there was no pain or other sensation that lead me to believe I was using medicine. I came quicker then I have in years and the erection diminished naturally after that. Within the next half hour of more playing, I was hard again. This is a miracle to me. The effects lasted about 3 hours with me achieving and maintaining an erection when I needed to as I expected a normal person would.
